Valkyria frowned as she furrowed her brows and looked toward the entrance into the secret underwater base in the distance.
"Palace Master Izroth is still nowhere to be seen. He also has not replied to any of the messages I sent him. Can it be that he ran into some unexpected trouble?" Valkyria said to herself.
Although they were the closest reinforcements to Kifa Karsts, Mariposa would not have sent Valkyria personally if not for Izroth's presence. The reason she did so was to ensure that, even if something unexpected happened, it could be taken care of at a moment's notice. This showed just how much trust Mariposa had in Valkyria.
However, with the entrance into the secret underwater base collapsing, Valkyria would have to change her approach.
