Nothing beats an apartment that isn't properly soundproofed in combination with a mentally unstable neighbor and a loud neighborhood. Isn't it fantastic to be able to hear the neighbor check the locks on their doors multiple times every couple of minutes for the whole night?
Besides that, the apartment is essentially perfect. Thankfully it's just for a few nights for vacation.
