Angie and Kokichi's Cabin
Discussions between the two of them arise as soon as they were led in there. "Huh? But Atua wants me to have that bed! And you can't contradict her! Her words are holy, and everyone even you Oma-kun should obey them" Angie's voice soon turned from angry but still cheerful, to angry but dark.
"Why should I obey someone that doesn't exist? If I were to do that I should as well leave the whole cabin to yourself" Kokichi said with a burlesque voice.
"How dare you! Atua is an almighty presence from heavens and she chose me to be her intermediary!" Angie close-up on Kokichi with anger, definitely not her normal attitude, but how else could she face someone that insulted her whole reason for even being an artist.
"Okay okay, how about this, let's make a deal" Angie's eyes returned to their normal cheerfulness.
"Hoho, Atua is listening" Angie's interest was definitely piqued.
"If you jump from the ceiling of this cabin, and land in your head, I'll give you the bed! Easy right?" Kokichi smirked at Angie.
"But I would die!" Angie responded with sad eyes.
"Too bad then"
The discussion between these two continued until Kokichi finally let Angie have the bed.
K1-BO and Ryoma's Cabin
"I'm sorry that you have to be pair up with a piece of trash like me," Ryoma told Keebo as each of them was laying in their respective beds.
"Please refrain from saying that again, you are my classmate and my friend, I can't let you diminish yourself like that" Keebo tried to change Ryoma's mind.
The pair have been talking about trivial issues until Ryoma sat down on the edge of his bed looking in Keebo's direction.
"Hey, tell me" Ryoma tried to attract Keebo's attention. Keebo turned his face at Ryoma. "What's up?"
"What did you think about the Remnants back there" Ryoma had a more serious face and voice as he asked Keebo. Keebo sat down and approached the edge of his bed to answer Ryoma directly.
"I think they have it pretty rough, Soda-sensei told me about everything, how they were brainwashed, how their friend was killed, and how they ended up here in this island" Keebo's eyes slowly turned towards the ground. "Also, he told me how this Sonia never looked his way, but eventually he is going to make that happen, when he started talking about that he derailed completely from our original conversation" Ryoma was a little thrown off and disappointed about Keebo's tutor.
"Isn't he supposed to do his job…?" Ryoma scratched his head in disappointment. "When I heard the whole story from my tutor I was in shock, I realized that someone in this world has a rougher life than me…" Ryoma looked at the ceiling trying to reflex on everything that has happened to him in the past and all of the despair his tutor went through.
After talking about the topic for a few hours both of the students went to sleep.
Kaito and Kirumi's Cabin
"Ummm… Tojo-san...?" A very confused Kaito asked the diligent maid.
"Yes, Master what is the matter?" Kirumi answered with a gentle voice.
"Care to explain to me what you are doing…?" Kirumi had pushed both of the beds in the cabin together and making it a huge bed. "What are you implying with this Tojo-san….?" At first sight, this was seemed like a perfect bed for a couple to share, so Kaito's thoughts were rumbling all over the place as soon as he witnessed this scene.
"This bed is for you master" Kirumi calmly answered.
"Why the hell would I need a bed that big?!" Kaito immediately exclaimed. "But that is not the issue! Where are you going to sleep?".
"Oh, please don't worry about me Master, I can sleep fine on any kind of surface. Actually a few years ago I was serving a politician who liked hunting and he frequently brought me along with him so I could take care of the cooking and serving beverages. At nights he slept in his tent and I slept out in the open, either on grass, dirt, I even slept on a rock once"
"WHAT TYPE OF MASTER WAS HE?!?!" Kaito screamed as he couldn't believe the presence of such a human being on the same planet. "Kirumi, I want to make something clear" Kirumi stopped pushing the beds together, she stood up and look at Kaito's direction. "You will not treat me as one of your masters, okay? We are equals here, you are not my subordinate and I am not your boss. We are friends sharing a room, let's try and make it the comfiest we can for both of us" As soon as Kirumi heard this she retorted Kaito's statement.
"I know what you mean, but it is of utmost importance for me to help you and develop all the potential you have" Kirumi's words were full of care towards Kaito.
"My potential? What do you mean?" Kaito was taken aback by Kirumi's words.
"I have served a lot of different people, from politicians to writers, even athletes, but I have yet to serve a future astronaut" As Kirumi said this she came closer and closer to Kaito. Kaito walked back slowly until his back was against the wall. Kirumi was already invading Kaito's personal space. "I want to make you the best astronaut this world has ever seen out of you Master, would you allow me to perform my duties as a maid" She then reached out one of Kaito's hand with both of her hands. "I am sure that I am capable of helping you in the best way possible".
Kaito was flustered and could not think clearly for a few seconds. "Damn! She is too close I can't handle this! Okay, Kaito! Calm down! Calm down!" Kaito thoughts were all over the place. After this, he closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and looked at Kirumi's eyes.
"Okay, I will let you help me with my astronaut training" Kirumi's eyes sparkled, she took a step back letting go of Kaito's hand. She bowed while holding the sides of her long dress, "Thank you for giving me this opportunity Mas- "
"But!" Kaito interrupted Kirumi, "I will not let you treat me as your master. I want you to help me as a friend, so don't go around calling me master please, we are friends".
"I see… if those are your conditions Maste-, I mean Momota-san, I will support you as a friend"
"I think this is going to be harder than I thought," Kaito thought as he saw the whole scene develop.
After this, they separated the beds and each of them slept in their respective beds, awaiting the next day.
