The battle between the two monsters plunged the entire city into chaos. Although the soldiers desperately tried to stop them, they soon despairingly discovered that their weapons were virtually no different from toys in the face of Godzilla and Muto. Even the machine guns and Vulcan Cannons on the helicopters were unable to inflict any damage on them.
Despair, helplessness, watching the giant figures fighting in the distance, and the powerless and bewildered looks of the soldiers beside him, James sighed deeply and closed his eyes. This was exactly what the Emperor Organization had been worried about; they had no way to contend with such terrifying and gigantic creatures. Even the weapons created by humanity for self-destruction were meaningless to them.
So they had to carry out the Emperor Project, for the continuation and future of mankind.
