The news of SABER's elimination quickly spread among both the Red and Black Faction; nearly every MASTER and Servant who heard were surprised and even speechless for a moment.
While it was normal to expect losses after the fight started with the gathering of the Servants on the Mage's Association's side, no one anticipated that the first to be eliminated would be SABER, and by none other than ASSASSIN.
Of course, theoretically, SABER was not invincible and, despite possessing the strongest Attributes among all Servants, could be defeated for various reasons. Yet, to die at the hands of ASSASSIN was still somewhat unbelievable.
