A single Source Stone is equivalent to ten thousand Cosmic Crystals, so the actual bounty amount for criminals measured in Source Stones exceeds one million Source Stones. Any team harboring such a criminal is considered first-rate in the Cosmic Sea. The Federation Government refers to these criminals as A-level fugitives, and their danger ratings are all above four stars.
Guding's team, although without any members valued in Source Stones, has its captain, Guding, with a nearly standard-setting high bounty amount of 9.8 billion Cosmic Crystals. Then there's Tiger's 9.5 billion, Berg's 9 billion... Such bounty amounts signify a top presence even if there's only one, within second-tier teams.
