Under normal circumstances, a person's base Physical Body Strength is limited by their Cultivation Level and does not exceed it by much, but for different individuals, this upper limit varies. For example, certain special species with peculiar bloodlines and Combat Talent for physical prowess can have Physical Body Strength two, or even more, High Ranks above their Cultivation Level.
