Yoland's strength could no longer be doubted by anyone. After all, his position was clear for all to see—the Chief Director of the Federation Government Punishment Department, a job ranking on par with the highest Marshal of the Federation Government Military Department. Within the Federation Government, he was second only to the Leader and Deputy Leader.
Moreover, the head of any department held real power. The Punishment Department oversaw the entire judiciary system of the Federation Government, which included all federal courts and Federation Prisons within its purview. Including the prisoners within those prisons, the number of people Yoland managed even exceeded that of the Military Department.
So, his seemingly joking remark, "I will kill you on the spot," was a very effective warning.
After issuing the warning, Yoland waved his long sleeve, and, save for Boi, the shackles on the necks and limbs of nineteen people were automatically removed, falling to the ground.
