One thing they have in common is their immunity to physical attacks, and both possess strong souls. They both appear as mist-like creatures, with Resentful Spirits being white misty forms and Evil Demons black misty forms.
The Evil Demon above the Red Flame Demon Tree is a completely shadowy creature formed from black mist, and its size is enormous, standing five to six thousand kilometers tall.
