Even setting that aside, you don't even know what you have that might qualify as a bargaining chip to trade with us, and besides... should your trust really come so cheaply?"
"Of course, my understanding of you is still quite limited, but in most cases, a trade doesn't necessarily have to be based on absolute understanding, does it? As long as there is a benefit to be gained, the trade is valid. And as 'Outsiders,' don't you think it's a good thing to secure a peaceful residence in this world?"
