China Region's Demon Flame City, the Hell Race city closest to the Pool of Radiance.
The city has a huge square shimmering with demon light, which is the Hell Race's signature building, the Gate of Hell. It's the only facility among all races capable of mass army space teleportation. The more troops teleported, the more Mana is consumed. Hence, the level 0 soldier of the Hell Race, the Demon Infant, has the duty of collecting Mana. The special skill of the Demon Infant is to gather the omnipresent Mana in space and then pay it monthly. It's the same concept as the Human Race's level 0 Soldier Farmer paying 1 Gold Coin in tax every month. This shows the importance of Mana for the Hell Race.
Amid the sparkling demon light, players from various countries of the Hell Race kept arriving through teleportation. Each player's name was clearly displayed with their country's flag icon.
