The Frost High Elf Mage started to devour the broken parts of the staff in a frenzied manner. She did not even bother to chew because she could not do so. She practically swallowed the broken parts of the staff even though her teeth and throat were bleeding.
She even did this with her mana boosting all of her physical capabilities as if this was her last-ditch effort. What Adrian did not notice is the marking just below her neck that looked like the symbol of Gluttony. This symbol was slowly sinking into her skin as it merged with her soul because her hunger for power drove her to the edge.
