Through the network interfaces scattered across the world, it controls some unknowing network-connected 'meatballs' and 'machinery', using them as "spies" to grasp the overall situation of the world,
and even organizes some controllers to kidnap isolated madmen and robots, forcibly connecting them to the World Network to increase the number of spies.
The same goes for the matrix.
It also noticed the abnormal migration occurring on a global scale at the first instance.
Even the madmen implanted with the matrix's program were affected, flocking towards "Hyperion" one after another.
Such a unified gathering would cause the matrix to lose its surveillance power over Pandora.
