This is done so as to determine the martial talent of all the children in oder to select the best talents for nuturing for a promising future generation.
Testing of talents is usually conducted inside the martial hall of the Feng family. On this day, a large number of people had filled the martial hall to witness the birth of a martial genius from the Feng family. It was also known to all the people of Emerald city that the son of the family patriarch- Feng Li would also participate this year's test.
"What level of talent do you think the patriarch's son will be able to score?"

Every martial family or sect conducts a talent measuring ceremony at a set period. Different mechanisms were used to identify and determine a person's level of talent in the martial way.

Measuring talent using this method was simple, a platform was placed in front of the stone pillar where a sample of the participant's blood is placed on and the stone pillar can be activated.

When a green stone is lit, it shows that the participant has a low-level talent, a yellow stone shows a moderate talent, while a red stone shows that the participant is a rare genius. Above the red stone was the orange stone. Lighting this stone means that one was a monstrous genius who can only be seen once in ten thousand years. In the history of the Feng family, only one had managed to light the orange stone. The person was the founder and also the ancestor of the Feng family.
At this time, most of the Feng family elders had arrived at the martial hall and took their seats. The Patriarch, together with his wife Fu lin arrived at the fore front and took a seat. He had a an elegant demeanor, his eyebrows were as sharp as a sword while his eyes exuding sharpness that did not belong to a person of his age.

"Yes he is Feng Li the son of the Feng family patriarch, look at how handsome he is, i wish i could mary him one day." A young girl at ten years could not stay calm at all.
"You! Mary him, look at yourself in a mirror first." Another girl angrily rebuked the other girl.
"I thought i was late to miss out this grand occasion, the old me couldn't be more sorry, he he he." A loud sound echoed and a middle-aged man appeared in the midst of the crowed. All the people near him to several steps back. He had restrained his aura but still one couldn't help but shiver as at this time an oppressing presence could be felt from this man. He was the Yang family patriarch, Yang Xuan.
