Waking up with a splitting headache is never a good thing, waking up with a headache in the body of another you is much, much worse and finally waking up with with a splitting headache in the body of another you with a blue screen in front of you that says [welcome to the alien lottery system] Well that just took the whole cake.
My name is Harrison Burns and that is exactly what happened to me this morning, now it's not all bad this me is slightly taller and more athletic looking with long straight hair tied up in a ponytail and my face was clean shaven without any sign that I'd ever had any spots or acne, in my old body well I slouched in my old body, I ate junk food and drank so many energy drinks that I was getting to be pretty big and covered in spots and and facial hair that I'd never bothered shaving even once. Why was I like that you ask Well I was a massive nerd/otaku/gamer whatever you'd like to call it, I never left the house if I didn't have to.
The one thing we really had in common was that we were both friendless orphans, old me was because of how I looked and acted and new me well ever since my parents were killed in one of the first attacks by the brotherhood of mutants he's been to scared to leave the house and has been living on his inheritance.

Jumping from hearing a disembodied voice just appear from my right hand i fell off of my bed in shock. Looking down I saw something I thought would only ever appear in fiction... The goddamn Omnixtrix only it wasn't green it was a bright sunlight yellow which luckily happens to be my favourite colour and now that I've noticed it I can see it isn't actually a watch, it's just the button of the omnixtrix and it's attached to the back of my hand.

All things considered I feel relatively calm despite knowing I wanted to scream out in shock at everything that's happening to me.
"A name, well I suppose that makes sense and considering you have taken the form of the Omnixtrix I'm gonna call you Ben and please don't call me sir I'm only 18 just call me Harrison after all I've the feeling well be together for along time and I'd like us to be friends if possible" I honestly couldn't think of any other names at all and Ben just seemed to make sense to me and it just felt better being able to have have a friend even if it was Ben and no one could hear him.

Seeing the achievements pop up and hearing Ben agreeing to be my friend made me happy and unlike the negative emotions that I didn't feel earlier these emotions did come through as they should have.
I picked myself off of my bedroom floor and climbed back onto my bed, laying my head on my pillow and staring at roof I decided to look at the quest I had.
"Hey Ben can you show me the quest you said I had please buddy" even if Ben was a system he was my friend so being polite was a given.

Looking at the information shown Harrison was impressed at how it was detailed, yet still easy enough to understand.

With Ben's words an image of a brown wrapped parcel appeared in front of Harrison and slowly started unwrapping itself, when all the paper was off the box gave a sudden shudder before bursting open with 4 bronze lights and surprisingly 1 silver light. With the new tickets there were 7 bronzes and 1 silver which proceeded to insert themselves into a gacha machine that had appeared from nowhere. A few minutes later Ben was showing Harrison his list of prizes

Looking at his prizes he could see where things were of use, the money obviously could be used for living expenses or more importantly more tickets, the healing capsules were self explanatory as was the silver half ticket and the crystallokinesis from Ben 10 was awesome even if it was just the arms, the biggest surprise however was the newspaper or at least its contents.
That in and of itself was surprising but the article on the other half of the page was evne more so.
