Wei Chengfeng looked at him, his eyes deep, and said, "Since you don't like it, why would you force yourself to do such a thing, if not out of reluctance?"
Su Li chuckled lightly, tilting her head to look at him, and asked, "So you think I'm just putting on an act?"
"I didn't mean that."
Su Li didn't care whether he meant it or not. She simply shrugged and said, "I've already packed the things up. Whether you take them or not is up to you, but this is indeed a gesture of goodwill from me."
Having said that, she thought for a moment and then added, "It's still the same as what I said yesterday, she was injured because of you, and this is what I should do."
Perhaps Wei Chengfeng hadn't thought it through, but Su Li knew that if she did nothing now, she would be the subject of gossip, accused of being petty, lacking magnanimity, and even of being jealous and sparring with Qiao Ling.
