Renjiro comes out of the box that Orochimaru put him in with a pattern going all around his body.
Orochimaru: No one has ever come out with their pattern all around their body.
Niko: Correction, nobody's curse mark has ever gone all around their entire body.
Orochimaru laughs.
Orochimaru: All we did is give you your curse mark, and your already breaking records.
Renjiro is breathing heavily from the pain he has to endure in the box.
Orochimaru: Oh, it didn't hurt that bad.
Orochimaru licks his lips.
Orochimaru: Let me show you around my new pupil.
Orochimaru shows him around the whole base. He shows him the training area, the torture chamber, etc. Renjiro asked why they weren't going into the lab, and Orochimaru said that was for later. Renjiro then had to go to bed to rest up for tomorrow. Since tomorrow would be a day full of training.

He started training with Lord Orochimaru, and Orochimaru is very strict about his training methods. Renjiro had to be able to lift this certain rock by the end of the day or he failed, and would get punished for his fail attempt. Renjiro asked Niko if Orochimaru wanted to punish him for no reason, and Niko replied with "Somewhere deep down he wants you to be punished, but that is not his goal. He believes that the punishments give you motivation. So he gives you outlandish goals with motivation to help you reach said goals. After a year you will be used to it, and start reaching the goals he sets." She was right. Renjiro kept having to train hard over the next few days. They even trained on his Mangekyou sharingan. So that he could hold it for longer without having to go through an emotional trauma every time he wants to use it. He got a little closer to Niko since she is the medic, and would have to take care of him whenever periodically whenever he over-trained. Orochimaru spent a lot of time in his lab. Eventually, Renjiro wanted to know what was in his lab. Niko told him that it might take some time before Orochimaru lets him in the lab. So Renjiro asked Orochimaru.
Renjiro: When do I get to see your lab? You in it most of the time, and only tell me a goal. Then sit there, and wait until punishment time.
Orochimaru: You are already taking an interest in my work?
Renjiro: Of course I am. You are like my hero.
Orochimaru laughs.
Orochimaru: Then why don't I show you. I have been working on something just for you.

Lord Orochimaru leads Renjiro into his lab. There are a bunch of human sized tubes.
Orochimaru: Let me explain everything I have in here. Those tubes aren't for you, right now. I might use them to make you stronger, but I don't know how I would do that right now. I have my computer where I log all of my research, and… are you not, oh.
Renjiro is looking at this beautiful girl who is just staring at them.
Orochimaru: I thought I would be able to finish my tour before you noticed her.
Renjiro: I'm getting the vibe that this is what you made for me?
Orochimaru: Well, I said I made her for you, but I really didn't. She is my daughter.
Renjiro: She looks nothing like you.
Orochimaru: Not biological. I made her. Like I made Niko.
Renjiro: You made Niko?!
Orochimaru: I made her out of the Fifth Hokage's DNA.
Renjiro: You made this woman out of DNA too.
Orochimaru: Her name is Hanako. She was a jinchuriki, so I gave her another tailed beast. I gave her Isobu the three tails. She is powerful, and I did make her out of DNA. I programmed her memories to be perfect. She will not betray me. She will be your partner.
Renjiro: I thought Niko would be my partner?
Orochimaru: No, she is the medic. You need someone good at fighting. Even though Niko could take on her fair share of shinobi. I will leave you two. You will be training together so that you can fight on the battlefield well. So don't hate each other.
Orochimaru leaves.
Renjiro: Umm, hello Hanako.
She puts out her hand, and smiles.
Hanako: It's nice to meet you.

This big buff guy comes out. He is one of Orochimaru's experiments. He went wild, and Orochimaru is testing how well Hanako and Renjiro's training has been going by pinning them up against him.
Renjiro: Ku-
Hanako runs up, and tries to punch the guy. She hits him, and it does nothing. The big guy grabs her quickly. He was about to smash her to the ground, but Renjiro turns on his mangekyou sharingan, and looks into the big guy's eyes. The big guy gets trapped in a genjutsu. Renjiro runs up, and grabs Hanako. He moves her over to a safe place. Then Renjiro runs up, and cuts off the guy's head. His mangekyou turns off, and he puts out his arm to Hanako. She uses his arm to get up.
Hanako: I didn't need your help!
Renjiro: You tried to run up and punch a guy that was way bigger than you!
Hanako: Because Orochimaru said that if I battled my fighting sense would come back.
Renjiro: You have no memories of battling.
Hanako: Yes, but I also have never battled before.
Renjiro: Get ready for some training, because apparently need to teach you how to fight!
Both Renjiro and Hanako look furious.

Orochimaru: There is one last thing I need to show you.
Orochimaru brings Renjiro into a meeting room. Renjiro sees many people in white cloaks with black symbols on their cloaks.
???: Welcome Renjiro, to the new Akatsuki, or as we call ourselves The Akatoki!
Later on that day Renjiro is talking to Orochimaru.
Renjiro: Soon I am suppose to report back to Kichi.
Orochimaru: This is wonderful. You will report back to him for the first few times. Then on around the third time you strike. Tell him all the info you have learned. Since nothing you have learned here will hurt our operation. Expect, don't tell him about the Akatoki. That's our little secret.
Renjiro talks with Kichi, and then goes back to Orochimaru's base. Renjiro trains excessively hard. He even trains Hanako very hard. He believes that now that he is a missing ninja he will have even more problems to deal with. So Orochimaru did everything in his power to give Renjiro strength through training. Orochimaru was very happy that Renjiro was so motivated to become powerful. Especially since his motivation made him help Hanako. Which for some reason that Renjiro doesn't understand. Since Renjiro thought that Orochimaru would have treated Hanako like all the rest of his subjects, and not like a daughter. Renjiro became far more powerful over the next three years.
