Theoretically speaking, if an Awakener possessed infinite Energy Value, even a First Tier with Talents that yet to show any evolution could easily destroy the world.
After all, once one has infinite Energy Value, it means that they could activate their abilities without any limits. Based on the principle that quantity changes lead to qualitative changes, an infinite amount of Energy Value could very easily create at least a Creator God-level powerful Awakener.
Moreover, in this process, it wouldn't matter in the slightest whether the innate Talent Ability of the Awakener was useless, since the Energy itself could cause vast Destruction.
For example, the simplest would be to use a Spiritual Qi Blessing. With infinite Energy Value, something like punching to explode the Earth would probably be very easy to achieve.
