Unfortunately, the Scroll Dragon Bloodline can only provide spells and doesn't offer the ability to transform into a Scroll Dragon; otherwise, I'd be quite eager to try it out.
Oh, wait, that's not right. When I was at the Fourth Tier, I did obtain a Transformation Technique skill that allows me to turn into non-human targets, so theoretically, I could still transform if I really wanted to.
Due to the limitations on size, however, I definitely couldn't transform into a proper giant dragon tens of meters long. At most, I could become a miniature dragon of a few meters or perhaps a juvenile dragon. To truly become a Scroll Dragon would require using a Transformation Technique of a higher ring."
