The World Eater was gone, completely annihilated by its own self-destruction. Only fragments of its flesh and blood remained, scattered across the void like fallen stars.
"Damn you, pathetic creature," Yin cursed under his breath, his voice laced with frustration and resentment.
He had just emerged from imprisonment and it would take time to recover his strength. The World Eater's attack had forced him to overdraft his recovering power. This would take him even more time to return to his peak.
