"Ethan, can we do anything?"
"I-I have no idea."
"Did the Doctor come back with the test results yet?"
"I don't believe so. I remember him telling me it would take some time, but let's prepare for worse to happen. I don't want to even begin to imagine that our baby boy won't be able to walk."
"Let's get rid of all of these horrible thoughts Ethan, whether he can walk or not, we will always be there by his side."
"I always loved that side of you, always being able to see the light even in the darkest moments."

'Why does being a demon have to be so damn hard! Arghhh! Why can't I stand up straight! Why me, why these legs? I don't see any other demon with these weird goat shit legs! All of them had normal-looking human legs! I-I need to calm down, calm down.' Sirus takes a deep breath as he contemplates his options.
'I know I have already passed the age to walk but I'm not used to my legs being like this. I mean, it looks cool, sure but. Stop, I need to stop complaining, and take things slowly.'
Sirus looks around his small cramped room to see what he can support himself with, anything to make his task easier.
'Well, I got nothing, I guess I just have to crawl to the wall and try to support myself against the wall.'
Sirus slowly falls on his belly and uses all his might to drag himself to the wall.
'Ok, I'm here now, I should start from the corner and try to get used to standing up for a while before I try taking my baby steps. I managed to walk before so why suddenly I can't now? Yosh, here I go, it's all or nothing!'
The moment Sirus tries to stand up, he hears a [Ding] sound inside his head.

[Hidden Quest Triggered]
[Complete the following task]
[Stand up and learn to walk]
Sirus hears a robotic voice in his head, he freaks out and falls down on his back.
[Thump]
'Ow, this body is too fragile, and what on earth was that robotic voice all of a sudden.'
At that moment, something catches Sirus's attention at the corner of his eye.
He sees an interface, at that moment he remembers what that cube told him.
He picks up his baby arm and points his finger and pinches the interface in the corner before moving it in front of his face.
'Woah! 'So not only did I get reincarnated, but this world also has a system! At Least I think it's a system type thing?'
Interesting, it's just like using a phone.' Sirus scratches the back of his head before carefully reading the text.
'So the quest is just to stand up and learn to walk? Huh, and for some reason that triggered a quest? A hidden one at that.' Sirus looks at the interface with a confused expression.
'I mean I was trying to walk for like the past week, so why did the quest only trigger now?' Sirus tries to think about what he did to trigger the Quest.
'Is it because I touched the corner of this room? Hihi, no, there's no way a quest would trigger in such a dumb way, right?'
Sirus slaps his cheeks with his baby hands.
'Well, no point dwelling on something I don't understand, let's give this another shot.'
Sirus once again tries to help himself up by holding the corner of the room.
'Well, I managed to stand up, now let's get a feel of these weird animal legs whatever they are.'
Sirus gently bends up and down and twists his hips to get a feel for his foreign legs.
'I see, so that was my problem, since I'm so used to walking how I did back on earth I didn't realise it until now but I was leaning too far forward! And the way my legs are built and shaped, I think I remember what this condition is. It was like some really rare mutation that people were unfortunately born with. And I'm one of them… Well, I'm not going to let some rare mutation do this to me, I will force my bones to make it feel right if I have to! So I can walk!' With newfound determination, he unknowingly manifests his mana around his legs. He grinds his sharp fangs, without knowing how truly sharp they were and wasn't even aware that his mouth was dripping with blood.
'I will walk!' "I wILl WaLk!" Out of frustration he manages to speak his first words, though with difficulty, despite not knowing he spoke as he was too engrossed attempting to walk.

Sirus suddenly snaps out of his momentary frustration as he once again hears the robotic voice.
'Wait what? I can walk? Ahh!'
[Thump]
'Ow, I fell again.'
Sirus touched his butt before laying down and faces the ceiling.
'I-I completed the task?' Confusion was written all over Sirus's face.
Sirus dragged the interface in front of his face before carefully reading.
'I have completed the task? Wait, did I actually walk?'
Sirus slowly tries to lift himself up from the floor by using his hands, he struggles for a while.
'I'm actually doing it, I'm standing up and walking!' Sirus walked with joy, walking around his room for the very first time.
But the excitement wasn't going to last for long, a terrible pain that he shall never forget will befall this small demon child.
[Crack]
[Shisrp]
"ARGHHHH!" Sirus immediately shouts out but the pain was so intense that his weak baby voice rips apart like weak string..
'S-someone… Help me…..' Where all Sirus could think of, never has in his life or his previous one has he experienced such excruciating pain, the word pain was an understatement. No matter how hard he tried to scream he couldn't make a single sound, not even a whisper
Sirus was on the floor twisting and clawing at anything he could, like he was being possessed.

Sirus was in such excruciating pain that he didn't even realise that there were several interfaces popping upon his eyes.
Sirus' eyes turned pitch-black and blood started spewing out of his eyes. The wooden floor of his room was slowly dying red with his tears of pain.

Sirus was in so much agony and pain that he felt like at that moment he would draw his last breath in this world. Dying at such an age. Dying at the age of no more than 6 months old.
No one could hear his broken voice. Is this the end for Sirus?
'Help… S-somebody. Help me.'
