Hibiki's bitter laugh confirmed Arthur's guess. Though her charm no longer drove people mad, it still passively influenced them, intensifying their emotions. As she gained levels, the charm grew stronger, and even though she could suppress it, she couldn't turn it off.
Scribbling patterns on the ground with a stick, she continued her tale.
Eventually, it fractured everything. One of the adventurers nearly died because the tank prioritized protecting her.
