Three days has already past. when dexter first asked for something to eat
The feeling of ringing the bell for the first time is still clear in the young man's mind. he felt his tense body and his hearth thumping like crazy. as he wonder if she will give him food this time around
And the same feeling appeared. as dexter raise his hand holding a bell which is of course made with various mixture of leaves and wood. how it work is unknown for the one holding it
And trying to know what us behind the bell. didn't even enter the young man's mind as he was to busy making a hole in the corner of his room. which is use for emergency purposes. like escaping and getting out of this room. and escaping...and escaping
*Ring*
The sound of the bell. as dexter gently swing it. his hearth beating got louder and louder. and his body tension rising is visible for the young lad. to feel
'I'll never get use to ringing this bell'
Dexter thought. as he gently rang the bell in his hand. gentle enough that it won't be to loud that the one who is giving him the food would get irritated hearing it
"I guess it's already time for a break"
Madell said to himself as she heard the bell in the room hiding behind his storage
'I would have given him some other room. but this is the only place that is not visible to other patient...sorry mandell'
Madell said feeling apologetic that she can only give him a room. that almost no sun light can enter
*Ring*
The sound of the bell shaking Madell out of his thought. she stretch his numb legs. before leaving his chair and table which is still full of document about things in the healing house.
She slowly opened the door to his room. to welcome the patience room. full of his student healing all the other humakey who is sick or might be sick
She nod to his student who is doing the work. as she pondered
'Having student really is the best if you want a more relaxing life'
She then walk down stair. arriving in the first floor of the healing house. she heard a lot of murmur and whisper of other humakey. who saw him climbing down the stairs
Madell's size is pretty rare as she was the only humakey in history to have this kind of disease. so the noise of people behind him didn't bother her at all. cause like humans, humakey also have curiosity and feeling
Madell made his way to one of the door. and entered the storage of food and herbs that they use to ease there own hunger. And as Ingrendient for various herb recipe to heal the sick or injured humakey
She grabbed the bowl in the side. and to his ther side is the wooden tray.
Madell approach the food and herbs and smelled there scent up close to see which is fresh or not
Cooking never cross the mind of Madell. as she don't know how to do it. his student on the other hand has various knowledge like cooking cleaning which they excel in more than there own teacher
Madell didn't let his own student touch the food that she will give the child. as she was happy to see the child take the food that she created....pick
'This should improve his health. this should bring back his long hair. oh, this can cleanse his teeth.. I should give this to him. with a brush'
Madell thought, as she picked the food that the child will eat today.
Picking all she can. as the tray and bowl is already full. she cheerfully leave the storage with the bowl full of food in his hand
Madell made his way to the second floor of the healing house. with the eyes of his student lock in the food in his hand
"What are you all doing!, dont get distracted heal your patient first"
"But teacher. are you sure the kid like the...food that you give him"
One of his student who have nothing to do and is standing waiting for his own patient said to Madell
"Why won't he?"
Madell said confuse to what he's student just said. she looked in the food she picked. almost all of them is fresh so why won't she like fresh food?
"No..no!!, teacher this one is just jealous of the kid"
One of the student said as she lean to the one who said those dangerous word
"Are you an idiot. I know you pity the kid, but please don't say those word to the teacher"
The student wearing a green masked said while tapping his shoulder to his fellow student
"So he like fresh fruit...here you can have this. you can just ask if you want more"
Madell said. as she move back to his room with a cheerful expression on his face
The student who is waiting for his patient catch the fruit that his teacher has tossed him.he looked around but saw the one who is hitting him with his shoulder suddenly vanish
With no one to share the burden with. with a scared expression. Madell's student takes a bite in the fruit
"....mmmppp!!"
Second after letting the fruit enter his mouth. the student started to run to the first floor while holding his mouth with both his furry hand
All the humakey who saw him running control there laughter
"ppft!"
Almost all of Madell's student burst out laughing. but cause of there discipline they control they're emotion. as they are close to there patient
Fruit and herbs in the storage of the healing house is either bitter or just taste..bland,
What a unlucky humakey to have a fruit with a bitter taste
Madell entered his room and said in a joyful tone of voice
"Mandell your food is here"
