The second floor of the healer house, a place where miracle happens
A half dead humakey who is saying farewell to his family was mysteriously standing full of energy once it exit the given floor
"Give me the things!!" A humakey shouted placing his hand on the stone bed
A humakey holding a wooden container then ran toward that guy and slapped its hand
"Thanks"
"Just doing my work" The humakey responded going to the guy beside him giving it a slap on the wrist
The moment the humakey slap the guys hand it began to glow like a sprinkle of all colors was on his hand
"This might hurt a little" The humakey said with his glowing hand slowly approaching the person on the bed
The bedridden humakey closed its eyes as the guy touched his injured shoulder with its fur falling at the edge of the stone bed
"Ma'am Madell" Mandell said as his eyes move according to the humakey's glowing hand
"Yes child" A humakey beside Mandell said before adding
"Ah, it's use to relieve pain"
"What is?"
"The thing on his hand, your not thinking it's glowing for no reason, right?"
"N.no" Mandell said lying as he thought the reason the humakey's hand was glowing is because of magic
'I have a gut feeling magic exist here, a really big feeling'
Mandell pondered as he looked at the eyes of the patient slowly losing its energy
The humakey healer responsible for the oldman shrugged his glowing hand and began to tap the humakey's shoulder seeing no response the healing process begin
"Ask if you could help" Madell said
Mandell pointed at himself and Madell meet him with a stare
"Me" Mandell opened his mouth and Madell slowly nod her head
"Awoo~"
Mandell took a deep breath and approached the busy guy, he then said close enough to smell the humakey's sweat from the air
"Ahem!"
The humakey looked behind seeing the human it said
"Anything you want"
"Can I help?" Mandell said the moment he heard the humakey sounding friendly
"No" It immediately responded and added
"No hard feelings child , this patient is close to death"
The humakey then pointed at the opposite bed and said
"You see that guy, ask him"
Mandell looked behind where he last spotted Ma'am Madell but found no short humakey in sight
"If your looking for master, she left a moment ago" The humakey said with his back moving as he put a hot water soaked with herbs on the injured humakey's shoulder
The hot water poured and began to bubble as it hit the injured shoulder, red flowed out from the water that dripped out of the humakey's bloody shoulder, all that happened with the one experiencing it having a peacefully face
Mandell look around, turning his head so damn hard he could feel his neck being stretch, without a care for pain he turn to all angles and sides but didn't saw a clue on where Madell is
Moment after, mandell lose interest on finding Ma'am Madell's location and began to head at the place where the friendly humakey pointed
A humakey patient on that sole bed is someone who is talking to the healer with energy on his every word
"Hello" Mandell said uncomfortable waving his hand on a complete stranger
The patient smiled at him and pause for a few seconds before pointing at Mandell and saying with quite a heavy smile
"Oh, The human from earlier!, how are you"
"I'm good" Mandell responded,
Hearing mandell's voice the humakey healer turned around seeing the human wearing what seems to be a humakey
"What can I do for you?" The humakey healer asked
"Can I help?" Mandell said
The healer looked at her patient and seeing the unwavering smile on its face, she looked back to Mandell and said
"You can"
"Aha"
Mandell helped with simple things like holding the patients hand so it won't fall down until the one healing had said so, mixing the herbs that the healer picked....
"Weew, you okay kid?" The healer asked
"I can still move" Mandell said as he wipe his sweat away, he then removed his mask and wipe the watery texture on his face before putting the mask on
"My next patient is a little....hard, so ill do it alone, you can go help Leader's patient, I heard it's just a simple flu"
The humakey said before a patient slowly sat down on the stone bed
"Let's clean that first" The healer said making the one who sat down, stand up for a second until she is done with the cleaning
'Who would have thought, it would be this tiring?' Mandell pondered
He saw everyone working fast and efficiently and he knows the work is hard but....it being tiring, he mix herbs and memorize them, he doesn't get physically tired of doing it,...this is a learning experience
Mandell slowly walk toward the humakey who is the most easy to spot for him, and said
"Teach"
"You look good in that...cloth but I'm sure you'll get more complement if you wear....you know"
Hannah said looking at mandell's clothing with a somewhat scary looking eyes
"Can I help, teach?" Mandell said trying not to have eye contact with Hannah
"You can, gladly" She said before looking at her patient and saying
"This is Mandell the child I was teaching"
The humakey on the bed waved her hand and said
"How adorable, my name is Senna cute child"
"Yes" Mandell muttered not having a single thought on how to reply on what the patient had said
"So can I ask you a question?"
"Yes" Mandell said before hearing Senna said as she give her hand to Hannah the one beside her
"So are you Madell's long lost child?"
After saying those word a snicker could be heard coming from the healer holding Senna's hand
"Sorry" Hannah said continuing to sharpen Senna's nail which looks extremely sharp already
