This is about creating another order in Mogadorians working only for Setrakus Ra, he using Loric blood on them and hive them powers.
We actually see some Mogadorian with powers in book,The Shadow Mogadorian is an Augmented Trueborn Mog. He has the power of teleporting into shadows and using them to his ability. These range from the ability to force someone to obey an order, tentacles that can rill into a Garde. There is also Vontezza Aoh-Atet, who gained powers from The Enitity, after the Mogadorian Invasion.
So why not add the Black Order into this, but with maybe specials powers added.
