Majestic Territories weren't randomly created or decided by anyone other than the user. They were shaped by the contents of their soul. All that information about them contributed to what the Territory would do, and what it would look like.
Once an expert reached the Incandescent Stage, the process to decide what the Territory would be like began. The likeness of the Imaginary GeoScape could be manufactured by the user, but the soul usually gave up details about its traits automatically to the budding Territory in the physical body.
And indeed, this was why a Majestic Territory was expelled; it existed within the user's very flesh.
This was all to say, an expert couldn't have more than one Territory. That Territory they possessed could have wildly versatile powers, and perhaps it could be split to forge two weaker ones – Fractional Territories, like the ones Skullius created during his process to become Divine – but it was always the same Territory, not a new one.
