*shrink* *BOOM* Hestia smash the ground using her giant war hammer.
Inside the arena, Hestia Dia Finale, The Twins Little Sister, The Eight Claw, is tried to smash our champion with her giant war hammer but our champion escaped from her easily. From her smash earlier, Hestia didn't have any hesitation like he was really meant to kill him with her giant war hammer. Can't believe that The Eight Claw who looks so innocent and used to stand behind her brother can be this deadly. Even after she equip her unbelievably giant war hammer exceeding her body mass.
Our champion does enjoy the fight, he is smiling after he dodge that deadly attack. Right now, he is in the most disadvantage condition for fighting her. No strong armor, no shield, just him using his casual clothing while equipping a random sword on his hand with gloves so he couldn't easily lose his sword. He's like he was having fun here.
His blue sky eyes looks bright on this match.
Meanwhile, Hestia wearing her full armor, movement support, and even her best weapon. With only moving a single muscle, she might move in a speed that match our champion or even more faster. Her attack is also brutal considering how much earthquake she have made with that giant war hammer boosted by fire gem technology.
"This little girl here, amazing." said Desmond while crouching to increase his speed for dodging.
"You too are strong." she then lift her giant war hammer single handedly, "But how long will you dodge my attack ?"
Pressing a single button, then Hestia's giant war hammer immediately releasing energy from back of her war hammer head. A fire shoot out from behind like it was ready to launch the hammer itself but being held by her hand. Bending her hand to her right, she then launch her strike using that enhanced giant war hammer.
Releasing her legs, Hestia then flying towards Desmond by her war hammer. Like a rocket in action, she launch herself together with the hammer. Seeing her hammer getting close, Desmond lowering his body and moving towards Hestia attack in fast motion.
Thus after she get close to him, Hestia swing her war hammer fast and strong. Desmond flip above her attack and successfully dodge the attack. But not end just like that, Hestia keep swinging her hammer until it made spin of fire using her hammer. Desmond somehow manage to dodge again by lowering her back until it almost touch the ground and at the second attack he then smash the hammer using his blade make launch himself using that attack.
Desmond hold his posture after being launched by himself meanwhile Hestia's attack aiming for the ground and almost buried her own weapon. But things out of his mind, Hestia's war hammer still moving and now aiming for Desmond head.
Hestia launched to the sky, she's getting ready to smash Desmond head using that giant war hammer of her. Yet being intimidated, Desmond feels challenged and getting ready for a counterattack beneath his sleeves. He took his battle stance and get ready for parrying the attack.
Desmond close his eyes, emptying his mind, once he open his eyes again, he ready for anything to come and deflect it with burning passion.
Desmond's blade and Hestia's giant war hammer touching each other but Desmond then flowing her attack to the other side. Her giant war hammer aim bend over, Hestia surprised that her attack successfully being deflected. Once her war hammer is out of his way, Desmond then smash her war hammer and launch her away from him.
Hestia flying to the other side of the arena. His hammer smash the ground so hard but then Hestia stand up again and take her hammer on her control again. She swing it to the sky then place it on her shoulder indicating that her hammer is already in control and she ready to fight again.
"It may hurt my shoulder a bit but I can hold it in." said Hestia confidently.
"UUUWWWWOOOOOOOOO !!!" the crowd shout loudly.
This is indeed an amazing fight they both provide. Hestia has an unbelievable strength to overcome our champion, Desmond has his own technique to overcome anything. As expected from The Symbol of Strength of our kingdom, he got brain, muscle, and soul in one place and combined them to become the perfect warrior.
Just by the looks, this battle is already settled and even lopsided.
"Now this is a fight ! Come on." said Desmond confidently.
But then, Hestia turn down his offer by put her giant war hammer down. She then doing something to her giant war hammer. Seems that she is changing her plan and will strike with that. Well, since her giant war hammer does nothing to Desmond, what about her move next ? But it seems that Desmond also confused to what is she doing in the middle of the arena.
*crunch* *crunch* *crunch*
Beside me, there's a boy who enjoys eating chips while watching the arena. He is so noisy while he eat that snack of his. So to make him less noisy, I then invite him to talk and makes him stop his crunching sound.
"Hey kid, do you enjoy the show ?"
"Yes."
"Do you also enjoy the snack ?"
"Yes."
"So, if I go to the arena, join the battle, which contestant do you want me to fight ?"
"Mr. Champion of course. But.... do you really think you can win ?"
"Oh yes of course !" I confidently said that.
"Is that so uncle ?! Do you can win against him ?"
"Yes yes that's what I say. So ! You must hold your eating until I go and fight him, okay ?"
"Yes ! Okay ! I'll wait."
What a kid.....
Just after I finished talked to that boy, Hestia is finished with her preparation and now she is letting out her trump card, Drill Machina. A great spear with a drill used as its tip made of her giant war hammer parts. She just simply take off her giant war hammer head and change it using a drill head for war from inside her giant hammer head.
She maybe little but be able to held that thing around is crazy.
Desmond stand and hold his sword again. He swing it around then for a moment, he turn it back and front like a screwdriver and think that's enough to match with her drill. Thus, he smiled. He mock her in a way she wouldn't notice that she's been mocked.
But then, after she pushed that button, people and our champion is shocked. The drill swings the air around and swirl it like a storm on the Drill Machina tip. The rotation of the drill is so hard and fast makes the wind around looks like surround it.
"Here I come !" shout Hestia.
The Eight Claw then straighten her spear forward and she run towards Desmond while aiming for his head. Whilst she run, she broke and destroy everything on her path with no exception even the ground at once. She just blast through the ground and the arena with her tornado drill spear that almost make the arena shattered.
But when she finally approach our champion, he doesn't even a slightest taking fear from that monstrous power the spear shown. Either way, he tried to overcome that gigantic threat before him with his puny blade comparing with her. Thus he spread his blade, he start to make a move forward with his blade and confidently facing the storm that threat before him.
People shocked, Hestia surprised, and Desmond smiled.
Knowing that our champion has take her bait, Hestia then swing her great drill spear like she was going to attack with it. Thus Desmond position revealed after she pull over her spear. Then, she swing the spear towards him with the hope that it might damage him a little. But the truth, Desmond is able to deflect her attack, her giant spinning weapon, and launch her weapon to somewhere else.
Knowing that he is able to do that, Hestia loosen her hesitation then start to swing her great drill spear towards him repeatedly. The ground, the wind, is in shatter state after she swing her great drill spear brutally but Desmond is different. He is calmly deflecting those attack from her since the ground and air density is much lower than him. He stood there and deflecting her attack rather calmly, different than Hestia herself who's rely on her power alone.
But the question is....
"How long you could stand this ?" ask Hestia while shouting her question out loud.
"What's wrong ? You tired ? I can do this all the time, you know." answer him confidently.
Then suddenly, Desmond deflect her attack and launch her weapon above her head. From behind his sleeves, he stick out a rock then shoot it right into beneath her spear drill. But instead of stopping, the drill destroy the rocks he shoot and shatter it into a smaller pieces like a dust.
Hestia smiled but Desmond is also smiled.
Hestia then smashed her spear to the ground and creating an explosion out of the dust. She know that attack may not paralyze him, she pull her spear again and get ready for his attack from her left. But little did she know, the one who's in her left is only his shadow along with his sword. Thus she swing her spear towards the shadow and found out nothing except for a flying sword beside her.
Knowing that she took his bait, Desmond came out from the shadow behind her and immediately rushing to grab her hand. Just before he grab her hand, Hestia immediately swing her great drill spear again towards him.
But at that time she knew, she have already been defeated.
Desmond stop her swing using only his hand. He then immediately grab her weapon and tried to pin her down to the ground. Unlucky for her, she release her weapon so she could escape him but then she is fell down due to her own grave mistakes for destroying the ground so bad.
Desmond then took his sword back and then place right in her neck.
Hestia frowned, she feel that she's yet to be defeated. But if she resist, his blade is going to cut off her head and then she defeated in most disrespectful way. Thus she lie in the ground and raise her hand indicating that she's defeated.
The crowds then shout and yell after his success defeating the impossible again. He defeat The Eight easily like he turn his own palm. Yet to defend his pride, he also defeat The Eight without even touching her and giving her a great handicap. Thus he may enjoy his glory without feeling any guilt and bathed in gold around him.
The Eight heart must've been irritated. Not just failing her boss, she also defeated after showing off her biggest weapon. Now she must be exposed to the whole world about her pitiful losing. But not to worry, her lose might become my stepping stone so she not fully useless.
"I am not compatible fighting like this....." said her while still lying in the ground.

"The next is you and her, right ?"
"Yes ! And I know what kind of strategy I would use for this battle."
For some reason, Marinara is being with me before my fight begin. She's telling me what to do and what I mustn't do like she was my manager. But to be true, I do like her advice after seeing the battle beforehand. Though, she may not know how dangerous could that man be while fighting The Eight back then.
Thus I prepare what I need back in the participant room. The arena allow you to use everything you got but also prepare some weaponry for us to use and you may take whatever that has been provided for you here. Using this chance, I took the same weapon type as her for todays match so I could keep hiding my abilities even further.
"You done ? Better not keep them waiting. Even if they might not waiting for the fight."
I just remembered, the battle I am going to do is not giving much The Towers credit. We came from the same corporation which mean whether if I lose or winning, The Tower still have a credit. Which means, people aren't going to be interested since we don't matter anyways.
Oh man.... my motivation drops to zero. I don't know what to do to make people shout their voices in the arena. This is it, this is going to be the most boring fight they ever had in their life. I just hope that they enjoy our fight.
"Eh ? Why are you down out of sudden ? Don't you waiting for the time you rise."
"Nah.... I just got unmotivated."
"Unmotivated eh ?" she then take a pose like she was thinking so hard, "Then, want me to tell you something that might motivate you ?"
"What is that ?"
"Archie Lydia, one of The Fifth Army, is ordered to kill you in this arena by Mrs. Colonel and if she's losing her head is lost."
