Boise has always been known as "barbaric" in Central State, with its landscape filled with mountains and rivers for thousands of miles. The people living there built nests on cliffs and ancient trees, eating wild fruits and hunting wild animals. They were all strong and agile, moving through the trees and climbing the mountains like monkeys.
Their Cultivation Army is considered the strongest in Central State, but their Protector is slightly weaker. Otherwise, they would not be content to hide away among the mountains.
Douglas Country is very troubled by such a neighbor. Their northwest defense line requires a large army to be stationed, and a Protector to be present, consuming countless money and supplies every year. Even so, small-scale forces from Boise would frequently infiltrate their territory, causing havoc before calmly retreating. Unless powerful cultivators intervened, the Cultivation Army on the defense line was helpless to stop them.
