[Interview Transcript Excerpt: Speculation, Logic, and the Swordman's Grave Digger
This was a telephone interview. I didn't get to see the person in real life, nor did I know where he really was. In fact, it was quite difficult to get in touch with members of the military task force at that time. I went through a lot of people, inside and outside of circles, and followed a long process. Finally, the interview was facilitated by a contact from the People's Liberation Army Newspaper's Convergence Media Center.
"Simply put, the process for the nuclear bomb to leave the warehouse was quite complicated. I can't reveal the specific details, but it was indeed very difficult, as you understand."
The voice on the phone was a man's, speaking very quickly and decisively.
"Were the nuclear bombs you used at the time equivalent to 10 kilotons?"
I asked.
