From behind, within the clouds, a bird with four wings covered in flames burst into the clouds. The Fire Sparrow radiated light in all directions, dissipating the cloud qi miles away.
Though this Fire Sparrow was not longer than twenty or so zhang, around seventy to eighty meters, its speed was incredibly fast. With a slight movement of its four wings, light from the flames immediately appeared, and with wind assisting fire, it could dash miles in an instant, rapidly closing in on Ye Zhen like lightning.
Ye Zhen roughly recognized this bird as the Four-Winged Flame Light Bird, a highly formidable demon beast that favored fire and had a grade as high as Heavenly Level Middle Grade.
This Four-Winged Flame Light Bird had been extinct in the Black Dragon Domain for hundreds of years, and Ye Zhen had only seen it in a Demon Beast Atlas that circulated within the Black Dragon Domain. Ye Zhen had not expected to encounter this long-extinct demon beast in the True Spirit Domain.
