Although Ye Zhen had only spoken with Purple Spirit once, he knew the creature had a sharp tongue, so he didn't hesitate to retort.

Ye Zhen's brows furrowed slightly.
Ye Zhen wasn't frowning because of what Purple Spirit had said, but because of Purple Spirit itself.
