After going upstairs, the group arrived at the open-air restaurant located on the top floor of the building.
The restaurant was divided into two main sections, one being the indoor hall, and the other an outdoor area with a very large observation deck.
It was evident that this place was of high standing, certainly not somewhere that average small business owners could afford to patronize.
Now, the restaurant had been reserved for a small-scale cocktail party, with at least fifty to sixty guests in attendance.
Along one side of the wall, snacks and drinks were laid out in a row for guests to help themselves, and waiters carrying platters roamed the hall to serve drinks to those in need.
