Karina silently shifted her position, trying to stay as far away from Wei He as possible.
Wei He's eyes were fixed on Karina, sweeping over her slender legs and the deep valley of her cleavage as he responded with a smile.
"Doctor Karina, why don't you teach me?"
Karina smiled, slowly stood up and said, "Since Major Wei He doesn't know how to paint, let's just forget it. I've understood the gist of your condition, and I have many more people to assess, so I won't disturb you any longer. I'll take my leave now."
"We've barely started, are you in such a hurry to leave? At least have a cup of coffee."
Wei He picked up a cup of coffee for Karina.
"No need."
Karina involuntarily moved back.
"Don't rush off."
Wei He stretched out his hand towards Karina's shoulder as he spoke.
Karina instinctively moved back, squeezing out a smile as she replied, "Really, there's no need, Major Wei He. You don't have to be so polite."
"How could I not offer? It would be rude."
