From ancestry to heritage… it's a little difficult to fully unroot them out of the village they have been used to, unless they're forced to leave because of war, the beast tide, and other unfortunate factors.
To suddenly leave everything they've known and were used to, to go live in foreign land… wasn't entirely ideal.
Only if ravaged by war, death or betrayal, can they willingly leave, knowing they tried their best.
