With all signs pointing to the storm having passed for them and after a long conversation with Creadel and the members of the small council that was starting to learn that political bickering only got in the way of real progress and action, Zeph made the call that it was worth the risk to surface the Quantum Wave Enchantress as few days before the hopefully still on track rendezvous with his new vessel.
