After the party we have attended, our manager talks to us saying that we need to practice tonight for our performance that will be happening tomorrow. He also told us that some of the groups in LC Entertainment are pretty competitive and will start practicing as well for this fundraising.

Those groups are not in the building to practice. Instead, they went and rented a place where they can practice. They have trust issues that the staff is going to spoil their preparations and plagiarism may occur.
even though we are already tired, we pushed ourselves to practice. Every single staff is starting to sink gradually into our minds. Our manager told us that it's okay to be overwhelmed but we should know how to keep our pacing fast because there could be a lot of things that can happen every single day which is true.
