1.5 months after the War of Marineford, Lepus
had been announced as a new member of the Sichibukai through the newspapers. Lepus also picked up all his crew members who were in Kuraigana or Skypeia by opening the gap.
When picking up those in Kuraigana, Lepus greeted the host there, namely Dracule Mihawk. And when he picked up those who were on Skypeia, Lepus also greeted Conis' father, Pagaya, as well as other people.
After that, Lepus gathered them all in a small cove on Amazon Lily where the Heart Pirates previously stopped to treat Luffy and Jinbei until they recovered enough, and of course they all left now.
"How was your vacation?"
With a small smile, Lepus asked his crew.
And hearing the question, some of them showed different responses.
Linda, Tia, Sera, and Ryzer immediately blushed. Max and Kostas also looked a little blushed and looked away.
And seeing their expressions, Lepus realized what had happened to them.
"Hm~.... Looks like you guys 'make great use of' the time that I gave you, huh...."
Lepus looked at them with a slight grin.
"Even so, I'm not that surprised by Kostas and Tia. After all, it's not strange that they want to enjoy their freedom and moreover they are on the sky island which is quite memorable."
Lepus smiled wryly at Kostas and Tia. And then, Lepus looked at Max, Sera, Ryzer, and Linda who were still blushing strangely.
"But you guys.... You're on a gloomy island and moreover in the house of the World's Strongest Swordman, but you still have the guts to 'do it' there? Hah~...."
Lepus shook his head at their 'bravery' and then sighed.
"Hah~.... Forget it. I have no right to forbid you guys either."
Then, Lepus introduced his crew to Hancock who was standing on his right and the new crew members, namely Morrigan, Olive, and Domino who were on his left.
And after they all finished introducing themselves, Lepus spoke again and this time with a more serious tone.
"Now, I will explain the future plans for our Ouroboros Pirates."
Hearing that statement, the crew gave a small nod.
"First of all, we won't be rushing to the New World. I'm planning that we would going there after about 1.5-2 years."
Hearing Lepus' statement, several crew members frowned slightly.
"Why not immediately?"
One of them who frowned, Amber, asked Lepus and Lepus answered.
"Because I feel some of our crew still need to be more prepared for the competition in the New World."
"Oh, that makes sense."
Amber nodded in understanding and the others were the same.
"Secondly, in preparation for the New World later, during these 1.5-2 years, Boris, Ryzer, and Kostas, must study and practice to master at least one Haki. You will be training on an uninhabited island, Rusukaina Island, which is not so far from Amazon Lily. Besides, there shouldn't be any men on Amazon Lily, so you can't stay here too long. And you'll be trained by someone special and of course Max and I will be helping train you too."
Hearing the second decision, the male crew members nodded slightly with firm expressions.
"But, we will be trained by someone special? Who?"
Boris asked curiously.
"You'll find out later..."
Lepus didn't answer Boris' question and just gave a small grin.
While that special someone is of course Silvers Rayleigh who is training Luffy. Lepus had previously spoken to him asking him to train some of his crew members as well and he didn't mind.
Then, Lepus proceeded to his next decision.
"Thirdly, for the women and children, you will live in Amazon Lily. I certainly won't demand anything from the children. As for the women, I hope that Raki and Kalifa who can fight but still can't use Haki will learn them and master at least one of them. As for the others, I hope you'll want to at least learn a little bit of any kind of martial arts just in case. After all we're going to the New World where only the strong can survive. And because right now you're in Amazon Lily, the home of the Kuja Tribe who are known to be strong even though they're a women-only tribe, you can learn directly from the experts."
Hearing the decision, the women nodded.
"Okay, that's my decision. Any questions?"
