"You, there!" The arrogant young man's anger escalated as he shot a fierce glare at Qiao Xuan.
Had he not been wary of Ah-Ye, he might have commanded his remaining three lackeys to charge forward. His foresight, however, prevented him from underestimating Ah-Ye's strength.
"I'll settle this today! Just you wait!" he declared with hostility.
Qiao Xuan sneered in response. "Alright, I'll wait!"
While the insolent young man dispatched the servants to fetch the carriage, he continued his confrontation with Qiao Xuan. "I won't waste my time with you, fool! You dare to strike my men? Go to the Heavenly Mansion office and explain yourself! If you refuse, don't expect a peaceful departure!"
"I doubt you can intimidate me," Qiao Xuan retorted.
