For a moment I could not believe what this so-called Eca was telling me. Talk about how things seemed to be getting stranger and stranger.
It was at this moment a thought passed through my mind.
'Wait a minute... Is t h... The... change that Eca's talking about that led Tet to be able to see that my soul is different?'
This thought made me want to burn Eca alive if it even had a body as Tet talked about doing to me, I probably would be burning myself too.
Thinking of this I wanted to scream my eyes out but came back to my senses since it would not help fix anything that has happened.
'Tsk, I will remember this dearly. You sure will get the same treatment.'
I looked at Eca's newly created body, it looks like a blank silhouette of me!
I have so many questions but the one that I need better answers to is what Eca said about "dimensional pass" that Eca so nonchalantly seemed like it didn't care.
I cross my hands across my chest and looked at Eca with a face that would tell anyone am serious and inquire about the dimensional pass.
"So, hmm... about that dimensional pass that you were talking about, is it like teleportation or something?"
This was a very important question that I had to ask as I don't want to be moved in an instant to be standing in front of a large group of people. With on my flank to see wannabe heroes.
However, the answer I got was unexpected.
"In a way your right but also wrong, it's not teleportation but a portal but not the usual kind. This one appears to the observer how they think a portal should look like.
Something that would explain it better is to imagine that you told or showed someone all their life a door and told them that this is a portal, now you show them this portal which to us would be round but to that person, it would be a door."
What Eca just said sounded a bit of starch for a portal but then I thought. 'Oh, this sounds familiar, I remember reading a Marvel comic of a guy named Galactus who people view his appearance as one from their race.'
This ability is akin to shapeshifting, I had to ask about the reaches of this Dimensional pass.
"Eca... You wouldn't happen to know what dimension this portal leads to would you?"
It was not something that I wanted to ask but something I needed to ask.
I don't feel like dropping onto a star, although I would survive. But it's not something I want to wake up to too early in the morning for.
I stared at Eca who seemed to be wanting to speak out.
"It's more like where and when as this portal can take you across the infinite multiverse, all you must know is where you want to go."
My hands started shaking from a bit of excitement but also the uncertainty of the words spoken. Something clicked in me with a bit of excitement and made me want to ask:
"If I... If I can travel the multiverse does that imply fiction as well?"
"To be honest you were just talking to one outside, I only Realize this on your second day there in the outside world. Even for me, it was pure coincidence. As you may know, there is something called short-term memory, and as I reside here within the soul nothing that you have seen or heard can go past me without knowing.
I'd seen a movie trailer in those memories that I can not find anywhere else in this mind of ours, I could see a boy of the exact fortitude and a girl playing a game but what gave it away is that he could reach our reality and search for people."
I nodded at Eca seeing the reasoning behind what has been said. In truth, there are other possibilities but this is the most likely since Tet could pull me into this dimensional fragment.
There was only one thing puzzling in my head that I had to get it.
"So what about Manga, comics, and games are they real too?"
"Ace, as one being has proven the concept of it by traversing what would be impossible, the theory I have could be the answer to it outright but for you to understand it, we have to look at another anime that by its name alone would make you open your eyes wide."
I put my hands to my chin at the thought of what anime Eca was talking about as I am a die-hard fan of anime being the weeb that I am, even those that I haven't watched I could tell if anyone asked that I saw it somewhere. Be it a trailer or the name of it.
I wanted to guess what anime Eca might be talking about but I could be guessing forever. I stop in thought and listened to the next words spoken carefully.
"Noragami"
This made my eyes twitch a bit as I thought. 'Why is Eca bringing another anime about Gods and goddesses who are overrated but still when am currently dealing with a declining one that thinks am a pushover?'
I wanted to say something but felt like it would only ignite an irritation that I do not want to deal with right now. I stop and listen for now at least.
"In Noragami the God that wanted to have his shrine be built in his name was Yato is a minor deity and a self-proclaimed "Delivery God." And the one thing that Yato had in common with every other God or Goddess of the Series is the power of belief.
The power belief and no, I'm not talking about the psychopath's group from Guardians of The Galaxy.
My theory is that although the author and game developers write their stories, it alone can not help create its universe, it needs an outside source to give it a bigger boost.
I think you must have understood by now what I mean."
My eyes became pinpointed as those words were spoken to me. The only thing I could think of was what he said. 'Eca... Do you mean to say that the fans that give their support to the creator are the ones to create such universes?'
This was the only thing I could think, even in my head I was in a daze of questioning it over and over again. I spoke out for a second before being cut off.
"Eca... You mean tha-"
"Indeed you have caught up to what I was thinking, those universes are created by both the fans and the creators."
