The next morning, Beth has been the one to wake her up, making her first question, "who is he?"
"MR. Maslow?"
"Yes," Leah yawned, "I should have started with that. Can you tell me where Aiden is?"
Beth helped check her forehead. "Mr Maslow, since his apologies. He had to leave for London. He said he would be here before five in the evening."
So left, without informing her. He probably had to leave very early in the morning, because from what she remembered, it was at least three hours away without traffic.
"I heard that Kyle left. So no one is home?" She asked, but received a suspicious look in return. What was that suspicious of?
"The staff and I, including myself, are still Home. So are the watchmen that are scattered around the property. You're not alone."
Leah nodded. "Okay." That was the answer she was looking for, but the suspicion was not wanted. Did she really think that she was going to make a run for it?
