"Daddy went to see Grandpa, Mom. Will Grandpa be in the hospital for a long time?" Dimas replied.
I was silent for a moment. I must have been so exhausted last night that I didn't even notice Mas Bara getting up before me.
"Mommy hasn't received any updates yet, sweetheart. Who brought you here?"
"Uncle Nicholas and Grandma Diana, Mom," Bima answered.
"Have you had breakfast?"
"Yes, before we left, Grandma Diana made sure we ate first," Bima said.
"Alright, wait here. Mommy is going to find your Daddy."
Bima and Dimas nodded, quickly getting absorbed in their iPads.
Outside, I saw my grandfather and Mas Bara's grandfather deep in conversation with Mas Bara. They seemed to be discussing something serious—judging by the tense expressions on their faces. Thankfully, Mr. Hilman seemed to be doing okay.
I slowly approached them. Mas Bara noticed me and smiled as I got closer, though I could still see the worry in his eyes.
