Even though this robust-bodied White Lion was in every sense a profoundly idealist mage... White Lion had always been resistant to such baseless and mystical legends.
Or perhaps it was precisely because he genuinely mastered spells that the mysteries unknowable to mortals became common knowledge within his grasp. Because of this, whenever he turned back to look at those common folk who believed in fairy tales and legends, he found them incomprehensible and unreasonable.
"If it were just a legend, that'd be better..."
Miss Mermaid ignored White Lion's somewhat surly tone, pressed her temples with a headache, and took a moment to organize her language.
