Those were the levels he had previously mentioned: Mortal, Treasure, Spiritual, Divine.
Although the first three grades have distinctions of high and low, noble and common, when compared to Divine Weapons, they are still far inferior. Lady Xu said that whenever a Divine Weapon emerges in the world,
it must face the descent of Thunder Tribulation, because a Divine Weapon can no longer be considered a mere inanimate object, but is regarded as a kind of atypical living being.
Atypical beings must undergo the tempering of heavenly tribulation.
Succeed and it becomes a Divine Weapon; fail and it reverts to a mundane object.
