"Are you alright? Do you need some water?"
Nurse Xiao Tang was already feeling terribly awkward, and her coughing was just to relieve some of that.

There's been no lawbreaking, nor any violation of rules.
Besides, both are single, so there's no issue of mistresses or being one.
