After moving a bit, the creature suddenly raised its head and looked around itself.
It lazily looked around at first, but then it suddenly opened its eyes that had still been filled with drowsiness.
As soon as its eyes opened wide, it started sniffing the air as if it had suddenly noticed something. It kept sniffing the air around itself until it finally turned right in Lin Fan's direction, or rather the pile of corpses right in front of Lin Fan.
Lin Fan waited for a few seconds to see if it would turn away, but it continued staring right in his direction which told him that he had been noticed.
He never expected that this creature would have such a good sense of smell, being able to smell him through all of these corpses and the blood scattered all over.
Since he had been found, he knew that there was nothing that he could do about it. The only thing that he could do was face this creature head on and see how he would handle it based on how it reacted.
