Orty Dean's home.
After taking a bath, Orty changed into comfortable pajamas and lazily lay in bed.
She recalled the events of the morning, the more she thought about it, the more something seemed off.
Why was that piece of paper stuck to her license plate, and why had it caught the patrol officer's attention?
Before she had left the house that morning, she had opened the trunk, and there was definitely nothing attached to the license plate at that time.
This meant that the paper must have been stuck on there while she was at the supermarket.
If someone did this on purpose, what was their intention?
What benefit would there be to have police investigate her?
As a detective, Orty's analytical skills were not poor.
The two patrol officers had searched her car's trunk and her documents—her situation was largely exposed to them, and she felt uncomfortable with this passive position.
