An unknowable place.
A castle suspended in silence and darkness.
An ear-piercing alarm suddenly went off.
The alarm was so shrill and piercing that it immediately alerted everyone in the castle.
In the depths of the castle.
A completely empty secret room.
Several chairs were neatly arranged along both sides of a long table.
Suddenly.
One after another, shadows appeared on the chairs.
They concealed their faces and emitted black mist all over, seemingly not wanting anyone to get even the slightest bit of information about their appearance.
One shadow said with a laugh:
"It's really quite rare. It has been many years since the Council had an alarm of this level."
"What exactly is the situation?" another shadow asked.
The door was pushed open.
A sleek black-clothed man walked in, first making a bow, then he spoke swiftly:
"Speaker, Chief Justice, and all the Senior Councilors, I will now begin my report."
