A Demon God wanted to invade a certain world, but without sufficient anchorage, using all his might, he could only transmit a fraction of his power to the endpoint.
Even if humans carelessly missed removing this fraction of power, this is primarily the "Game" territory. The "Game" only needed to use a minor part of its power to counteract and remove the influence of "Delusion."
Thus, "Delusion" settled for second best and chose the "Time River of the Past."
Number 24 paused for a moment, explaining, "One reason is that the 'Time River of the Past' is vast and nearly impossible to monitor completely. Earth has existed for 4.6 billion years; even a Demon God cannot keep track of every detail of the 'past.'"
"But the farther back in the past, the more it's set in stone, making invasion exponentially more difficult. Therefore, 'Delusion' chose about twenty to thirty years ago."
