Jiang Yaoyao slipped on her slippers and went over to sit on the sofa.
"Your place seems different from the last time I came."
Duan Fei, hugging a bag, came over to sit down, "Where is it different?"
Jiang Yaoyao said, "Seems like there are more things."
Duan Fei smiled, "Why did you get off work so early today?"
"Had a meeting with a client, it ended early, so I came to check on you." Jiang Yaoyao got to the point, "By the way, why aren't you interning at the cultural center anymore?"
Duan Fei looked down, her fingers caressing the gift box, "I don't want to, it doesn't feel like the right fit for me."
"Oh." Jiang Yaoyao nodded, "So where are you interning now?"
Today wasn't the weekend, yet Duan Fei was at home, not at school either, which couldn't help but arouse her suspicion.
Duan Fei said with a smile, "I'm not interning anymore, it's too exhausting and not very interesting."
