This is a dense belt of small asteroids, where numerous fragments of celestial bodies are scattered along the same orbit at a regular speed. They have become increasingly smaller due to explosions and collisions from eons past, yet some sizable fragments were intentionally preserved to serve as locations for certain facilities.
The 'Slumber Dragon Nest' is one of them.
It is a perfectly spherical ecological base, entirely embedded on a fragment of a celestial body with a hemispherical dome protruding from the rocky structure. Through the transparent observation window, one can see the dark void of space and the faint glimmer of sunlight from the distant reaches of space and time.
